Overview

Are you a high-performing sales professional who leads from the front? Allstate Exteriors is looking for a Selling Sales Manager who not only builds and develops a winning team-but also actively runs sales appointments and closes deals.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, sets the pace through personal production, and is passionate about coaching others to win.

What You'll Do

This is a true player-coach role - part sales leader, part top producer.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Run in-home sales appointments on a consistent basis (1+ per day expected)
  • Close deals and contribute directly to company revenue
  • Set the standard for sales performance through personal production
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional sales experience

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales representatives
  • Lead from the front by demonstrating proven sales processes in the field
  • Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback
  • Foster a high-energy, accountable, results-driven sales culture
  • Hold team members accountable to KPIs, activity metrics, and revenue goals

Performance Management

  • Monitor individual and team performance, implementing improvement strategies
  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on growth strategies
  • Support team members in building strong customer relationships and closing deals

 

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven track record as a top-performing closer (in-home sales preferred)
  • Prior leadership or management experience (or strong readiness to step into leadership)
  • Experience in roofing, home improvement, or home services sales is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching abilities
  • Highly competitive, results-driven, and accountable
  • Organized with the ability to manage both personal sales and team performance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives
  • Expected Earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually (uncapped potential)
