Compensation (Commission-Based)

This is a commission-only role designed for high earners.

• Average reps earn $50,000–$80,000/year
• Top reps earn $130,000+/year

What You'll Do

• Door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods across Central Ohio
• Speak with homeowners about exterior improvement solutions
• Generate leads and set qualified appointments
• Learn how to confidently communicate value and build trust
• Follow a proven process with coaching and support
• Represent Allstate Exteriors with professionalism and integrity

Schedule Requirements

This position requires availability during peak homeowner hours:

• Evenings required
• Saturdays required
